I don’t know who needs this today …



✨It’s hard cause you’re working hard! ✨

Maybe you’ve heard me say this in workouts before, but maybe you’re like me and you need this reminder often. I’m pretty sure we can apply it to most things in life, right?

So often when things get tough in a workout, we start questioning ourselves and doubting our abilities. We tell ourselves it’s hard because we are out of shape or it’s challenging because we aren’t doing it right, or it’s uncomfortable because we can’t do it. Our brains automatically default to the negative when in reality— what’s really going on is all positive.

I will always remind you that you showed up today to be challenged, to get out of your comfort zone and yes, to do hard things. And you CAN do it. It’s not hard because you can’t do it. It’s hard because you ARE doing it.

I’m not saying you need to push yourself to the brink of pain or do something not right for where you are today in your journey, I’m just reminding you to embrace the way you’re showing for yourself and your loved ones, and remember it’s hard because you’re working hard!
