A big update on life and training!! After switching from my 100 mile ultramarathon goal (explained in last video!), it’s time to get back to feeling super strong and rebuilding some muscle I lost after taking lots of time away from the gym these last few months. Please note: running and strength training are very much compatible! Any strength losses in me were because I made the decision to massively reduce my strength training (explained in the last video!)
