Recipe:

Basic Pistachio Milk Ingredients 
– 120g of pistachio nuts (1 cup, shelled)
– 700ml -1 litre of water (3-4 cups, depending on desired thickness) 
– 2 dates (pitted)
– Pinch salt
– Optional  3-4 buds of dried rose 

Pistachio energy balls
– Pistachio pulp (approx 100g)
– 100g Dates
– 1 tsp Vanilla extract
– 1 tsp matcha powder ( optional)
– 150g Dark Chocolate (we used 70% cacao solids)
– Pinch salt
